Money emails become a ledger
Twice a day, a helper reads our business and finance mail (receipts, invoices, bank and payment notices) and turns it into rows in one accounts sheet, plus a to-do list for our accountant. Income is booked only when the payment has actually arrived. A charge it does not recognise, or one much larger than usual, is not booked: it goes to a person with the evidence. The helper can read and record. It cannot pay anything or click a payment link.
