Data Deletion

You can ask Deemwar to delete any data we hold about you. This includes anything that reached us through Facebook Login, Instagram or a Facebook Page, and anything you sent us through this website.
How to ask
- Email io@deemwar.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Say which data you want deleted. If it came from Facebook or Instagram, include your Facebook or Instagram username so we can find it.
- Send it from the email address you used with us, or tell us another way to confirm the request is yours.
You can also remove our app's access at any time in Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, or in Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites. When Meta tells us you removed it, we delete the data that came with it.
What we delete
- Access tokens and account or Page IDs we received from Facebook or Instagram.
- Any profile details, messages or form entries you sent us.
- Copies of the above in our backups, as those backups rotate out.
We may keep a short record that the request was made and completed, and anything the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
How long it takes
We confirm we received your request within 7 days and finish deleting the data within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
